INGREDIENTS (for two people):
- pesto gia’ pronto (200gr with garlic or without)
- 160 gr of quinoa
- 390 ml of natural water
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Cherry tomatoes (quantity based on your tastes)
- 50 g of feta or for the greediest, flakes of parmesan (optional)
- 1 spoonful of pine nuts (or chopped almonds)
Procedimento
- First wash the quinoa to remove the saponins which would make the seeds bitter., rinse it under running water.
- Finished with washing, put in a pot 390 ml of water and add salt.
- Boil the quinoa for at least 15-20 minutes until the water is completely absorbed.
