- 1 l. milky
- 130 gr. starch
- 200 gr. caster sugar
- (choice) a few drops of vanilla (or berry), oneven a few drops of essence of orange or lemon or rum, ( is selected according to the final seal that you want to do).
Preparation
Heat milk, Part tenendone 1/2 cup. Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk and aggiun
gere sugar; dilute the specimen with the hot liquid and allow to thicken over low heat. Pour cream into pudding molds lightly moistened and let cool for at least 5 hours. When ready to serve, unmold the blancmange and garnish according to your taste and according to the essence used: chopped nuts like almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio; fresh fruit; jams; cinnamon; cocoa; liquid chocolate or not, etc.. etc.. (My personal recommendation is to use vanilla essence so he can garnish as you want)
