Dear readers, today you will lose weight!!!
Enough of these unsightly grease pads ... but more than for aesthetics let's do it for our health! With the advice I am about to give you you can get to lose 3/4 kg in a month, always keeping the state of health high and without any side effects. The result is assured, small... big measures that will make your objective safe, but let's see why the slimming effect is safe!
Fundamental and essential for losing fat is to always maintain a good energy level in the body (blood glucose levels) because this allows you to reactivate your metabolic speed (MB) and therefore to better burn the deposited fats.
Clearly they should be excluded from the diet, too sugary products (fruit juice or liquids with too much sugar) because these foods do not lead to the reactivation of your metabolism, Indeed, too many simple sugars activate a "fat accumulation" mechanism. At this point we don't have to lead the body to fasting so we need to 3 hours after breakfast, put back:

1 fruit (obviously among the less sugary ones that do not disturb insulin too much) or 1 yogurt

Without getting to overcome the 3 h from the snack you need to have lunch... how?

At lunch it is advisable to combine 1 complex carbohydrate + so much fiber. It is clear that the carbohydrate must be quantified according to the type of activity you do on a daily basisttopost (this is. a bricklayer, a competitive athlete... will also be able to eat 100/120 gr of pasta depending on the case……..a housewife, a sedentary employee 60/70 gr are enough). Consider that regular snacks will NEVER make you feel hungry so you will achieve a general sense of well-being. With legumes/soups you can use less carbohydrates, the important thing is not to fail with the fiber, that is, a side dish of lightly seasoned vegetables of your choice, which must always be paired with the meal even if we have minestrone. Consider that fiber, as well as stabilizing blood sugar, increases intestinal peristalsis (I remember that the intestine is the second brain), decreases fat absorption.

In the afternoon Snack at 3 hours from lunch, Here too, especially at the beginning, it is good to choose 1 fruit which as you can see should not be associated with main meals.... Why??? Because in the digestive phase started with lunch, introduce fruit sugars, it would involve a series of gastric fermentation reactions and digestive slowing.


As a general rule, it is a good idea to choose a protein for dinner (you won't need to weigh it (in this case please use common sense) + a side dish of vegetables of your choice, also roasted or boiled, therefore fibre, + the carbohydrate (it will be enough 50 gr bread for the more sedentary and 100 gr for those who perhaps go to the gym)

From what has been said you will realize, albeit briefly, how simple it is to accompany, educate, the metabolism which already “NATURALLY” would not have led us to obesity, as every organism is naturally programmed to counteract accumulations, in fact, it has control systems responsible for weight homeostasis. If only we are the only ones (in this case YOU )solely responsible for your overweight/obesity, but MOTHER NATURE always helps you restore the system, bringing it back to balance, eating everything, all it takes is a little effort... try it, good luck and…..love each other more.
