A tasty salad to be eaten warm or cold. Ideal for a complete and light lunch break, great for a picnic, perhaps combined with a slice of cereal bread.
Ingrdients for 4 people
- 400 g of chicken breast
- 4 carrots
- 1 further
- 75 g of blanched almonds
- extra virgin olive oil to taste.

Procedimento
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and cook them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
Clean a carrot and cut it into julienne strips. Cut the leek into pieces of approximately 4cm each, cut them in half along the long side, and create thin sticks.
Take the almond slices and toast them lightly, with the method you prefer.
Dopo 8 minutes of cooking the chicken, add the vegetables to the meat, add salt and pepper and continue cooking, and almost at the end of cooking add the toasted almond slices.
When the chicken is golden and the vegetables are soft it is ready! Serve with a drizzle of raw oil.
