• Precisely those symptoms that make us think who knows what serious disease we're stumbling ... .stipsi, then diarrhea, heartburn, nausea and fatigue ..., difficulty making the morning pace, abdominal swelling, unexplained nervousness ... and much more.
Well I do not think that the vast population who experience these symptoms, is suffering from a serious illness but rather it may be the consequence of dietary and non-dietary attitudes, that if they don't lead to "serious illness", they will certainly be able to accompany you towards a quality of life that does not represent a state of full "health"What to do then?
In the meantime, become aware of the problem, that is, start not underestimating the symptoms... often you take a Gaviscon and off you go! or Simethicone….maybe even a plasil or Biochetase, or you convert to omeoprazole for life!!
All of this is absolutely wrong, realize that we were not born to take medications and if they become necessary, in some cases, lifetime assumption is not correct.

Therefore ask yourself why you feel unwell and try to follow these tips:

  • Organize your working time in such a way as not to give up meals (even if you are out for work you have to feed yourself)
  • Do not eat food quickly
  • Match each meal with an adequate caloric intake for quality and appropriate caloric quantity (in short, no to binge eating)
  • Snack on fruit or toast or yogurt so you don't arrive hungry at lunch/dinner
  • Have complex carbohydrates for lunch + fiber (side dish of greens/vegetables) preferring protein at dinner + fiber
  • Never skip meals
  • Drink enough water
  • Do not eat particularly fatty or processed foods (we should think of these only as occasional, not daily occurrences)
  • Include a good amount of fiber in every main meal (vegetables, salads, vegetables).

I would like to point out that in any case it is the duty of every doctor to delve deeper into and give the right value to the symptoms... but in the meantime trying to change our frenetic pace of life... is a good prerequisite for projecting our mind and body towards "good health".
