There is a connection between inflammation and tumors?

Inflammation is an important mechanism for tissue repair, the extension of an inflammatory condition, however, is all 'nothing but beneficial.

Obesity and overnutrition cause chronic inflammation, The adipose tissue in fact produces numerous cytokines involved in inflammation pathways (TNFα. MCP-1, IL6, leptin, adiponectina, etc). Some of these cytokines are produced by adipocytes while others are produced by inflammatory cells that infiltrate the tissue. In addition, obesity causes aberrant immune activity resulting in the appearance of various diseases including breast cancer.
The adipose tissue deposited due to food excesses, it is a fabric “vivo” which produces several pro-inflammatory substances (obesity = widespread inflammation) in excess while the concentration of those substances with anti-inflammatory action decreases (adiponectina). All of this must warn you about the increased risk of the onset of cancer. But once again, food can do a lot to counteract these inflammatory phenomena.

Some foods are natural anti-inflammatory:

The Blueberries they are an excellent source of flavonoids capable of bringing various benefits to the body but, in a particular way, great for inhibiting inflammation markers in macrophages (blood cells responsible for the inflammatory response)

Fish oil is a major dietary source of omega3. Its beneficial action, it takes place in particular on the immune system, where it not only reduces inflammation by about 40 – 50 percent but is able to reduce the level of triglycerides.

The dark green leafy vegetables: all plants belonging to the cruciferous family and more generally, green leafy vegetables, like spinach, they contain a good dose of alkalizing minerals capable of rebalancing the body's pH and preventing acidosis, key factor in inflammation.

Lo zenzero: the mechanism of action of ginger, can be compared to classic NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) in counteracting inflammation. Among its antioxidant properties, digestive, antiemetiche, stimulating the circulation, it stands out precisely that of being a valid antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.

Turmeric: the anti-inflammatory activity of curcumin, the active ingredient present in turmeric, it proved to be comparable to that of the typical drugs used to counteract inflammation such as cortisone but without the typical side effects.

And we cannot forget the dried fruit….the walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts rich in omega 3 and for this reason they protect cell membranes and maintain a strong antioxidant action.
At this point, combining a good diet that leads to weight balance, with the help of even minimal physical activity……just use these good foods in your daily diet, so that you can control it, minimizing, the inflammatory phenomena at an organic level and consequently we protect ourselves from tumors.
