Chocolate Cup Cakes

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4tablespoons sugar
  • 4tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • chopped hazelnuts

Explanation

1. Put all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa) in a cup and mix thoroughly using a spoon.

2. Add milk and oil and mix with a fork until all lumps are not deleted completely. Add the egg slightly beaten previously.

3. Put it in the microwave for 4 700w minutes or in the oven for 8 minutes at 200 °. Serve hot or cold water directly into the cup by adding powdered sugar or whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts. For a touch more fancy try it with a few tablespoons of Nutella.
